Jail Ministry /Men and Women Ministry

Teach God's word to the residents and provide encouragement through their situation.  Continue efforts to support and communicate with these individuals upon their release.

Activities: Women's Outreach Visitation Ministry in March, Correspondence to residents, Men's Outreach Ministry Visitation in September.

Retiree Sisters Ministry

Sisters who are no longer in the workforce to continue working for the Lord in service to the sick and shut-in.

Activities: Clean homes, take meals, donations, transport members to the doctor and others places needed.

Kitchen Ministry

Maintain organization of the kitchen to effectively administer the various meals for fellowship, funerals and special occasions. The ministry feeds the sick and shut in monthly in addition to making food  available for the needy.

Ecclesiates 9:10

Media Ministry

Outreach and connection with people through media. Also to provide timely information to members of the body of Christ.

Activities: Church website, newsletters, announcements, sermon recordings, facebook page, bulletin board messages in/out side.

Matthew 28:19-20

Prayer Warrior Ministry

Intentionally take time to pray on behalf of members, friends, co-workers in the community and beyond who have made their request known to the body of Christ. Prayer Warrior members intentionally prayer everyday for requested individuals.

Activities: Praying for requested individuals and following up with individuals regarding request.

1 Thessalonians 5:17

Quilt Ministry

Provide lap quilts to the nursing home residents and those sick in their homes. The ministry does memory lap quilts for individuals who have lost love ones and has provided quilts for fire victims as well.

Galatians 6:10

Senior Citizen Ministry

Recognize senior citizens within and outside of the congregation and have them involved in church and community activities.

Activities: Making calls and visits to our seniors that are no longer able to get out.

1 Timothy 5:4

Youth Ministry

Is to help each child: Think of the church building as their facility a place where the church meets to give them love and help. Engage each child to learn at an early age the importance of learning Bible verses, hearing Bible lessons, and wanting to become a christian. Help them to show love, respect, acceptance of others, and make progress in sharing, communication and responding to others in appropriate ways.

Proverbs 22:6

Transportation Ministry

The purpose is to provide safe and continual transportation to individuals to and from the church building.

Activities: Transportation to services and other various church related events.

Galatians 6:10

Visitation Ministry

Visit the sick weekly and encourage and pray with and for them.

Activities:  Church services at local skilled nursing facilities, prayer and communion service.
